“Lisa, you're an absolute miracle worker! I just got in from Japan, super-tired. Then I open an e-mail from you and find a reason to smile and laugh. I am absolutely in love with the direction you are heading....”

We do it ‘the Zeto Way’. Zeto (zay-toh) is a Greek word which when transliterated means 'to pursue hard after something with uninterrupted focus.' We believe the name fits because here at Zeto Creative, we constantly pursue—and subsequently create—extraordinary, tangible results that meet and exceed the branding, marketing and advertising goals of our clients.
Each project we engage is unique unto itself. Whether the work calls for branding or a site redesign, or both, our process remains the same as we navigate each project’s unique set of challenges and goals. Our team first walks you through each step of our creative process that spans from the orientation stage into a detailed collaboration involving review sessions, project milestones and on-going check points to completion and success.
Orientation: We get to know you and your project before we begin the task at hand. During this time, we identify your goals and the criteria needed to accomplish them, then summarize them in a creative brief. This is the most important stage because it sets the route for our journey.
Concepting: We sketch, free associate, research, think of your project as we drive or in the wee hours of the night. Call it creativity on the loose—we do whatever it takes. What you get in return for our near obsession: ideas that resonate not only with your internal vision—but also just as importantly—with your intended audience ‘out there.’ This is when you start to see your solution coming to life through the visual choices and directions that we have presented.
Development: At this point, the finals chosen from the concepting stage continue evolving. With a singular focus, our team tweaks, adds, reworks and adapts color schemes—until the work is just right. After another round of reviews, one finalized design is chosen. This influences the design across the rest of the project, which we then complete. For example, a home page design chosen during this stage impacts the outcome of secondary and subsequent pages.
Implementation: This is when your project really comes to life and becomes ‘real.’ Up until this point, the work involves drafts and revisions. This part is critical to the integrity of the design. To complete identity projects for instance, we carry the new logo over to business card and stationery designs with consistency (and creativity, of course) guiding the way. With web projects, we work on coding the site in this phase, making it ‘work.’ And, once your project is completed, Zeto Creative can provide you with a style guide as a final deliverable if needed. It promotes design and brand consistency, giving you the guidance for minor design changes and additions as you move forward.
