Overview:

Zeto Creative is on the search for a cutting-edge, innovative Designer to join our team. We appreciate creative passion; those who celebrate inspired and fresh design; those who are constantly challenging themselves to be innovative and modern. You will work on a daily basis with the Principle and Creative Director to conceptualize, sketch, create, and execute projects in a multitude of different mediums. From advertising and brochures, to websites and Flash demos – each project brings a new challenge. This is a non-conventional type position as we are a virtual agency and you will be working from home. This is a part time position, yet we expect dedication and responsiveness in order to make the 'virtual agency' model work successfully for our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Zeto creative team on all project aspects, from initiation to completion

• Strong understanding of design fundamentals and typographic skills

• Production and prepress work on projects as directed

• Participate in meetings and critiques as needed

• Create designs that enhance the client experience

• Build layouts in html/css and Flash when required

• Professional communication and collaboration skills are critical

• Participate in building the Zeto brand and business, as well as our clients

Qualifications:

• Artistic and creative – a strong sense of design/style with impeccable design fundamentals

• Ability to brainstorm and develop creative concepts

• Be self-motivated, highly organized and responsive

• Be dedicated with a solid work ethic

• Have a Mac computer to work on from home

• High speed internet connection and ability to use iChat screen share function

• Excellent proficiency in Mac platform and Adobe CS Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Flash

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Lively personality and appreciation of pizza as an art form a plus
